Neway Traffic Management Ltd. is a woman-owned and certified (WBE) Nanaimo-based traffic control company dedicated to keeping worksites safe and traffic moving smoothly across Vancouver Island.

Our leadership team is well-connected within the local business community, and we take pride in the strong relationships we’ve built. That commitment, along with our reliable crews and clear communication, has helped NEWAY become a trusted partner for organizations looking for traffic control they can count on.
With more than 25 years of industry experience behind us on the island, we’ve seen how much the traffic control world has changed and how important it is to stay ahead of safety expectations. We believe safety isn’t just a box to check — it’s ongoing training, clear communication, and doing things the right way every time. This is supported through ongoing training and re-training of our TCPs to ensure they remain fully compliant with MoTI standards, the Traffic Management Manual (TMM), and WorkSafeBC OHSR requirements.
Organizational Transformation & Re-Brand (2023)

In 2023, NEWAY went through a major positive shift. We updated our leadership, refreshed our policies, and improved our systems to better reflect the company we’re building. The goal was simple: raise the bar for safety, professionalism, and diversity.
As part of this change, we also re-branded to match our renewed direction and values- NEWAY. The new identity represents stronger safety practices, better processes, and a more supportive, accountable workplace — not just a new look, but a real shift in how we operate.
